Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include any promotional gifts received.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process; a copy will also be sent to your email.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or any sturdy cardboard container, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
